We are glad to see that more special activities on "light health", "light of health" and "health lighting" have been held. For example, on December 29, the theme of "smart + healthy lighting technology innovation forum" was held in Foshan, which once again increased the salary and fire of lighting to light health.

       However, after careful observation and understanding of many special activities on "light health", "light of health" and "healthy lighting", we found that many people are still not familiar with the difference between "lighting" and "light health", still have not a comprehensive understanding of lighting and light health, and still have a dubious view of "the era of light". After all, the light of health leads the revolution of light. This is an upgrade that has undergone significant changes from cognition to innovative application, and we need to understand and master it scientifically.

       In fact, on many occasions, I have mentioned the differences between lighting and light health: the national standard for general lighting has no spectral requirements; General lighting has no infrared spectrum; There is no ultraviolet spectrum for general lighting. Correspondingly, light health requires full visible spectrum; Infrared spectrum is required; Ultraviolet spectrum is required. From general lighting to light health, it is upgraded from single function to multi-function, and from visible spectrum to invisible spectrum. The breadth and depth of light are enhanced.

These achievements, once again, provide the basic research data of light health from medicine, and lay a good foundation for the further development of light health in the future.
